現在、注射用サイメリン50mg/100mgの製造が中止されており、今後欠品が予想されます。
サイメリンはリンパ腫に対する自家移植前処置レジメンMEAMなどに用いられる薬剤であり、
供給停止によりその実施が困難となります。

代替レジメンについては、以下の報告があります（文献参照）。
なお、TEAMにおけるthiotepaの用法・用量は国内の添付文書と異なります。
